★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is in a nice modern building. The menu is trying to offer a New Mexican cuisine, mixing different ingredients. I applaud the effort to bring a new cuisine to Aguas, but ...95% of the menu items are very spicy, and even some Mexicans cannot eat spicy food. Unfortunately the kitchen was not very flexible. I ordered the only two things without hot peppers, the salad (very delicious), and the seared tuna (good flavors but too salty and overcooked). The desserts were really good and original. I hope they get better with time, but I do not feel like coming back any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not just a restaurant, it's a whole experience. Traditional mexican food with a great new touch. Went there with a few friends, we all enjoyed the food, some good wine, (they have local and imported options) and the desserts are a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! I highly recommend the course meal with drinks. We came here for a date night and: WOW! The food will impress Mexicans, the service matches the great food. Great cocktails like this are not common in this part of Mexico, this place nails it. I ended up noticing the Casa Maderos Chardonnay and went with that after my cocktail. The course portions are fairly large, so come prepared. I loved it!
