★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David & Michael are the most gracious hosts you will ever meet. Xocotla is a magical place just minutes walk from the town and the beach. The apartments are funky is the right kind of way, and sitting on the balcony looking out at the giant ficus tree with iguanas lounging in the branches is pure bliss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best kept secrets in Sayulita. Xocotla is absolutely charming!
First David and Michael are wonderful hosts. They really work hard to make sure all the details are in place. I loved that our room had two vases of fresh flowers and a fresh fruit bowl on the kitchen table. Plus there are books and magazines to enjoy during your stay.
Second the room was lovely, but the gardens are amazing! I spent a lot of time out by the wonderful pool in the jungle garden.
And finally the location is awesome. It's really close to the central square, yet far enough away to get away from the hubbub. I just wish I could have stayed longer!
