La atención es pésima, en la entrada y recepción son arrogantes, no se pueden dignar a contestar unas simples preguntas. Parece que me discriminaron por mi color de piel, creo que les ofende que les quisiera hacer unas preguntas de frente, me batearon a ingresar a su página.

Música súper fuerte todas las noches, no se puede dormir…… y la respuesta pésima. Claaaaaro no dormir de vez en cuando está Perfecto y tolerable jajaja O seaaaa, la música se escuchaba en toda la cuadra. #TotalFail

Absolutely fabulous experience. This is def a 5 star place , great attentive service and amazing hospitality. There was a level of personal service you can’t get elsewhere. Veronica attended to all our needs along with Her co manager I believe his name is Herbierto. They made our stay lovely from the time we arrived and the bell boys rushing to help us with our luggage from the Uber in the street to when we left. I can’t recommend this place enough …. Great value for a spacious luxurious appt. Also they are brand new which is an added plus! I really don’t understand any of the negative reviews.. we had the opposite experience!! Absolutely fabulous, you won’t be disappointed, plus the neighborhood is great !!

This hotel is absolutely spectacular, but calling it a hotel does not do it justice. What you actually get is a luxury apartment in the heart of Roma district. Our suite had a beautiful great room that had a large living room, dining table for 6, and a full kitchen. The bedrooms were also first rate and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We had two bathrooms in our unit and the master bathroom was an oasis of calm. It had a deep soaking tub as well as a giant walk in shower. I read of recent reviews that presented information that simply wasn't true. One cited loud music all night long that kept them awake. There was indeed music being played at a nearby gourmet restaurant, but the only instrument played was a flute. It sounded magnificent if we stepped out onto the balcony, but was immediately silenced when we went back in and closed the doors. The review about the loud music was certainly written in malice and doubtlessly written by someone who hasn't stayed at the Xoma. And while I cannot equally dismiss the review that claims that they were treated poorly because of their race, I can say that the service here is first rate. There was always a doorman to open the door for us and greet us with warm welcomes. The front desk is staffed by "hosts" and I would consider that correct. Because it is a boutique hotel, there wasn't ever a line at the host stand. Our host was Veronica. She greeted us warmly every day and inquired as to how things were going. Veronica also made suggestions what we should do to enjoy her city. Our favorite was a hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan. That was a lifetime bucket list experience. The Xoma is located in the Roma district of Mexico City. Well within walking distance of the hotel were countless Cafe style restaurants serving up everything imaginable. Again, I can't stress enough that you should just skip the negative reviews, or at least understand that they appear to be some kind of sour grapes. We highly recommend the Xoma Boutique Hotel. 5 STARS!
