★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, mala atención, se demoran semanas en trabajos sencillos, no dan seguimiento, te platican cinco personas distintas y con todas hay que repetir lo mismo, encima si les dices algo se enfadan y no solo te hacen perder el tiempo sino que no te hacen el trabajo cuando les dices. No vuelvo.
 Bad service, bad attention, simple jobs take weeks, they don't follow up, five different people talk to you and you have to repeat the same thing with all of them, on top of that if you tell them something they get angry and not only do they waste your time but they don't They do the job when you tell them. I don't come back.

Sin dudas les importa más google maps que realmente querer mejorar el servicio que brindan, o pongan a la persona que contesta las reseñas que parece tener tan buena capacidad de respuesta a atender clientes!!
Surprising how it takes less time to answer these google reviews than to serve their customers. Without a doubt, they care more about google maps than really wanting to improve the service they provide, or put the person who answers the reviews who seems to have such good responsiveness to serve customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención que recibí en mi vida, se tardaron una semana en tres impresiones, me hablaron seis personas diferentes que todas entendían cosas distintas, me hicieron todo mal, les hablaba al mediodía y luego de no obtener respuesta cuando les marcaba por la tarde ya se habían retirado ( a las 4 de la tarde !!) En vez de dar un buen servicio le echan la culpa al cliente de lo que ellos hacen mal !!
The worst attention I received in my life, it took a week for three impressions, six different people spoke to me who all understood different things, they did everything to me wrong, I spoke to them at noon and then did not get a response when I called them in the afternoon. they had left (at 4 in the afternoon!!) Instead of giving a good service they blame the customer for what they do wrong!!

Se ofrecieron a hacerme otro chaleco de acuerdo con las características solicitadas, pero no había descuento.
No hubo ni 1 peso de descuento por el trabajo mal ejecutado por su parte.
They were wrong in 2 details and they delayed the delivery a few more days.
They offered to make me another vest according to the requested characteristics, but there was no discount.
There was not even 1 peso discount for poorly executed work on their part.
