O si eres mujer, ya la hiciste, se la pasan en el ligue o viendo tv. Good facilities, however the instructors leave a lot to be desired, it seems that they have to be paid by force to instruct you. Tienen gimnasio, centro de nutricion, spa y cocina. . Decir que el gym cuenta con instalaciones de punta, los equipos en excelente estado, ergonometricos, de marcas prestigiosas en los cuales te ejercitaras agusto y acomodando el aparato a tu cuerpo y no al reves. . Cuenta con instructores que estan al pendiente de ti y te proporcionan tu rutina de entrenamiento en base a tus necesidades. Tambien tienen clases grupales como: Zumba, TRX, Insanity, Body Compat y Spinning, los instructores son muy buenos! . El gym cuenta con baños, regaderas con vestidores y lockers. Y se tiene un comodo estacionamiento para dejar tu vehiculo en resguardo. . En el area de nutricion cuentan con Nutriologas jovenes, que atienden amablemente, que ademas desarrollan los planes nutricionales acuerdo a tus gustos y necesidades. El centro de nutricion tiene una bascula de investigacion llamada InBody que proporciona porcentaje de grasa corporal, peso, masa magra, cantidad de agua, minerales, entre otros. . En el Spa se brindan tratamientos para el cuidado de la piel, microdermoabracion, radiofrecuencia, mesoterapia, cavitacion. Todos estos tratamientos se realizan en sus instalaciones las cuales estan sumamente limpias y confortables. . La cocina de XperFit (Cuisine) tiene muchas alternativas de menu saludable, desayuno, comida y cena y no tienes que ser socio para poder disfrutar de los alimentos que tienen en ella. Mi parte favorita de la Cuisene de XperFit es que tienen menu vegano!!!! Esa es la parte que mas me encanta de su cocina. . Por ultimo comentar que por alguna razon las personas piensan que es caro, pero ya que vives la experiencia en XperFit te das cuenta que vale 100 x 100 lo que pagas e incluso hasta te parece economico por todo lo que recibes!
