Amazing place to stay in downtown Tulum. Comfortable departaments. Very nice decorated. Very helpful and nice staff. Beautiful pool and common areas. Will recommend it totally

If I could provide a 0 star rating I would. I have been avoiding this review for a very long time in hopes this hotel would stick to their words and refund us. When we arrived the concierge did not have our reservation on file at all. We assume this was done intentionally due to what I am about to share. After 30 min the concierge got in touch with their reservations team and found us a room after they initially told us they did not have any rooms available. They booked us in their largest room. The room was beautiful and spacious but the amenities such as WIFI and jacuzzi did not work the entire time. During our first evening we were woken up at 11pm by blaring speakers and bass from a festival happening next door. We were not warned or told any of this at check-in. This festival went on from 11pm until 5 am DAILY. We thought this was a one night only event but by night two of no sleep we had had enough. On top of that there was a party of guests yelling and screaming all evening making it even harder to sleep or call for help. The security did not provide any assistance during our stay and made us feel unsafe. The wifi continued to be an issue during the entire stay. When attempting to speak with the supervisor of our stay, they had very little remorse and would not sympathize that we were unable to sleep for 2 nights. After going back and forth for an hour they had offered to refund us for our final night because we were checking our early. I am still waiting for my refund TO THIS DAY. I would expect an ounce of humanity from the staff since they are in the hospitality industry but instead we were received with smirks and laughs. Hotels.com continues to try to contact the property for update and they have thus far ignored. Great @Xperiencehotel, you can actually reach out to me to resolve this and not just talk about it

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms spacious. Very modern and open design. I really liked that. The downside is, there is nothing else. No bar, no beds by the pool, you can't buy anything to eat or drink in the hotel or nearby. The water from the shower and faucets smells and tastes awful. Brushing teeth? Use bottled water. They make you pay extra for stains on sheets or towels. Beware if you scratch on a mosquito bite or have dyed hair. I thought this was ridiculous. They will go and check the room first before you can check out. I should have checked reviews on booking and here first instead of choosing the hotel because I saw pretty pics from a friend. We will be back in Tulum at one point, but certainly not at this hotel.

Little distant from all of the city action, yet perfect location, if you are looking for calm, cozy relaxation. Staff is welcoming and caring. Parking is there, hassle free. Internet is good, even next to the pool.

Great hotel, and really great value for money. The facilities were great and the bed was so comfy. A little bit of a walk into the “town” of Tulum but was fine for us. The staff were so attentive and really helpful, would definitely recommend.

Nice new hotel with beautiful Rooms. High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that open on inner courtyard. Lovely staff. The downside is the strong sewer smell in the rooms, at least the two I used. Construction quality is also not amazing--some locks don't work well and tear and wear happening faster than one would expect.

This hotel is perfect size, easy to locate via google maps, place to park your car is enough, the rooms were very nice spacious, and the kitchen had everything to cook!! Loved this. The pool was perfect and there were lots of green palms around, some sofas to lay down, the gym was just enough to do your training. The major issue is the smell in the rooms from the sinks it flushes back the smell, once in the room you got used to it, the other is the locks they were already worn out and we had problems opening the door with the keys, both inside and fromthe outside. I wish they fix the smell and the door locks. Otherwise it was a nice place, off the main hotel zone, next to a palma central food place.
