Excelente! Nos atendió Thomás en la oficina del centro en la avenida Tulum de Cancún, amable, puntual, fuimos a isla mujeres, pagamos un paquete por 65 USD por persona, el asesor nos ayudo a llegar a otras playas por bus, incluso nos acompañó al lugar de embarcar para la isla, muchas gracias! Excellent! Thomás from the downtown office in Tulum Avenue, Cancun, he was friendly, punctual, we bought a package to Isla Mujeres for 65 USD per person, the also helped us get to other beaches by bus, he even accompanied us to the place boarding for the island, thank you very much!

Our transportation never picked us up and they sold us the last tickets/seats they had. Great experience and the staff/tourguides is very knowledgeable about everything.

Fraud, I paid an excursion through them and I did not get anything, I was promised that I had diving included and food that did not exist, I paid the pictures in the delinquency of an additional 80 USD per person, and the excursion itself is 120 USD. Visit and never go any where they are with them !!!!! The agent's name is Argenis! Their sellers are all over Cancun.

My group and I got our bundle tickets with one of the agents named Jennifer, she was nice and willing to help --- before we paid. We were all first time tourists and knew very little about local situations, she used it to her advantages to dupe us, selling us false/incomplete information like telling us the bus will come straight to the hotel and pick us up but only happened for one day (the day collected money) and rest of the time we needed to walk over for 20 min to get to the bus station. On top of that, she messed up our pick up time and refused to pay for our loss, we were told to be at the bus stop at 4 for Xplor and it was actually 3:30, we ended up taking a taxi and wasted 2 hours of our time. She could be responsive sometimes when it doesn't harm her interest, and she would simply not answer the phone when she didn't feel like to. Which is extremely unprofessional and irritating. Our trips were not exactly the same as what she described, many things promised beforehand were not offered at the end, if you happen to book your trip with them make sure you don't pay upfront and be tough throughout. Gladly Cancun was such a beautiful place so we eventually had a lot of fun. Would be happier without all the drama.
