★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregaron mi prenda dañada terriblemente...al reclamar el daño no solo no se responsabilizaron sino que ademas me quisieron echar la culpa de que seguro la lleve asi. pesimo servicio, pesima atencion y además de todo no te ofrecen mas retribucion que devolverte el monto del servicio mal hecho. NO LLEVEN SUS PRENDAS AHI NO VALE LA PENA. El lugar es nuevo deberian de preocuparse mas ppr la calidad y el trato al cliente.
They delivered my garment terribly damaged ... when claiming the damage not only did they not take responsibility but they also wanted to blame me for surely wearing it like this. Terrible service, terrible attention and besides everything they do not offer you more compensation than to return the amount of the badly done service. DO NOT WEAR YOUR CLOTHES THERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The place is new, they should care more about quality and customer service.
