★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y discreción, además de ser económico en comparación con otros hoteles. Las habitaciones se encuentran ordenadas, limpias, cuentan con baño propio, televisión y aire acondicionado. Todo en perfectas condiciones.
 Good service and discretion, as well as being cheap compared to other hotels. The rooms are tidy, clean, have their own bathroom, television and air conditioning. Everything in perfect condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que le falta es un estacionamiento seguro ya que es un hotel muy bueno cuenta con todos los servicios y excelente tarifa y ubicación céntrica en Veracruz
The only thing missing is a secure parking lot since it is a very good hotel with all the services and an excellent rate and a central location in Veracruz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le solicité A la señorita una reservación y me quedo de mandar la clave interbancaria y nunca la mandó y jamás realizó la reservación para cuando le llamé me dijo qué nunca se había hecho tal cosa y que mi nombre no estaba en la lista, que desde tel lunes le había solicitado pero bueno hrs a Dios encontré otra opción y me atendieron muy bien el el Jaro8 se los recomiendo gracias y cuidado con este hotel y su pésimo servicio
I asked the lady for a reservation and I kept sending the interbank code and she never sent it and never made the reservation for when I called her she told me that such a thing had never been done and that my name was not on the list, that from tel Monday I had requested but good hrs to God I found another option and they treated me very well at Jaro8 I recommend them thank you and beware of this hotel and its lousy service
