Una hr haciendo fila y el que cepilla los autos antes de pasarlo por los rodillos uuuuuu super lento. Very bad service. Slow. Express only the name of the vdd leaves much to be desired. Their equipment lacks maintenance. I don't come back. One hour in line and the one who brushes the cars before passing it through the rollers uuuuuu super slow.

Ya de xpress tienen poco a NADA. antes iba mucho, no tanto por que fueran los mejores en el.lavsdo, sino porque en prácticamente 30 min estaba mi coche listo. Pero tardan muchísimo Sad to see that the service has declined in a pandemic. Already from xpress they have little to NOTHING. I used to go a lot, not so much because they were the best in the car wash, but because in practically 30 minutes my car was ready. But they take a long time

Se trono el riel y el rodillo le pego en mi coche, la encargada solo me dijo que lo único que podía hacer era pedir una disculpa y me dio a entender por lo que me dijo que fue mi culpa: "a veces por no seguir las indicaciones pasa eso" y solo me daría 5 pesos de reembolso por concepto de la cera!!! Siendo que siempre he llevado mis carros a ese tipo de auto lavados automatizados a los Estados que voy. Además en el momento no dicen nada, solo llegan con una varilla y se ponen a mover el riel adelante de ti. Terrible service, they are not responsible for the washing process!
