Además trabaja muy mal, espero los dueños puedan checar al personalque tienen en su tienda y hagan algo al respecto para que no pierdan más buenos clientes como yo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. MI ROPA ESTABA LISTA PARA SER ENTREGADA PERO COMO LLEGUÉ 2 HORAS ANTES DE LA EN QUE ME DIJERON QUE ESTARÍA LISTA, DE MANERA SOBERBIA ME DIJERON QUE NO ME LA DARÍAN HASTA LLEGADA LA HORA. A MENOS QUE PAGARA 50 PESOS MÁS POR ENTREGARLA ANTES.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. MY CLOTHING WAS READY TO BE DELIVERED BUT AS I ARRIVED 2 HOURS BEFORE I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE READY, I WOULD BE SAYED THAT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME UNTIL THE TIME HAS COME. UNLESS YOU WILL PAY 50 MORE WEIGHTS FOR DELIVERING IT BEFORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los señores dueños ya están algo grandes, por lo que el servicio no es tan rápido, a cambio sin muy amables, atentos y tranquilos. Un plus es que abre los domingos. Una mala es que tarden hasta 4 días en entregar el trabajo. Tienen cortesía del estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de quinta, lleve ropa trajes, sacos, camisas y de más, y me la entregaron sucia, según ya estaba lavada, olía mal y su planchado es de muy baja calidad.
No usan suavizante, se nota que solo aromatizan ya doblada la ropa, cuando sacas la ropa de la bolsa huele a humedad y solo por partes huele a aromatizante de microbus
No tienen detallado en el desmanchado de ropa.
Trabajan muy mal
No la recomiendo es una tintorería de m*i*e*r*d*a*

Llevaba 4 años siendo cliente, en el último año an echo cambio de personal, todos son groseros, déspotas y solo contratan a gente sin experiencia que no tiene ni la más mínima idea del negocio
No se diga la pseudo supervisora que aparte de ignorante siempre busca sacar provecho cobrando por prendas que según ella son complicadas, cuando anteriormente no tuve problema alguno.
Ahora planchan horrible, no lavan la ropa, no usan suavizante en los edredones y los entregan oliendo mal.
Su tiempo de entrega es muy largo y ya no hacen servicios urgentes.
Yo la recomiendo pero, para que no vallan, su servicio ya es súper chafa y echaron a perder mi ropa
Es mejor acudir a la que está en Chedraui tienen buena calidad y por mucho grandes precios y buenas promociones

I had been a client for 4 years, in the last year I have changed staff, they are all rude, despotic and only hire inexperienced people who do not have the slightest idea of the business
Not to mention the pseudo supervisor who, apart from being ignorant, always seeks to profit by charging for garments that according to her are complicated, when previously I had no problem.
Now they iron horribly, they don't wash the clothes, they don't use fabric softener on the duvets and they deliver them smelling bad.
Their delivery time is very long and they no longer do urgent services.
I recommend it but, so that they don't go, their service is already super crap and they spoiled my clothes
It is better to go to the one in Chedraui they have good quality and for a lot of great prices and good promotions
