So sad, to see this beautiful place corrupted and disrespected. This was once a wonderful, family business, but now, it’s an accident waiting to happen. DIVERS DESERVE BETTER! I don’t know why the government regulators haven’t shut down these boats or forced them to comply, with basic, common sense standards. ? One mile north, you can find the best diving around.

Been diving with Marcos for years (8+) but this is the first time I decided to do formal dive training with the Xpu Ha Divers and I could not be happier with my experience. I reached out to Marcos about my interest in getting my Cavern Diver certification and he told me he had the perfect person for me. I was given Tristan Termat's (Cave Diving Instructor) contact information, he called me immediately to ask about my experience, and what I was looking for in my training. After discussing, he agreed to spend extra hours in they day to provide me the additional knowledge I was wanting while still accommodating my limited schedule for availability. I was his only student and got his full attention. My father, a divemaster who is normally not fond of the newer Padi training courses was very impressed with Tristan's professionalism and knowledge and the way he conducted my training. I feel like I got the best training from Tristan out of all of my previous dive training (Open Water to Rescue Diver) courses. Marcos has set me up with multiple new Dive Masters every time I dive with him and every time his staff exceeds all my expectations. I would trust any dive staff of Marcos or the Xpu Ha Divers and would encourage anyone else interested in finding a local dive group who treats you like family to try out the Xpu Ha Divers.

Marcos has a fantastic, professional team. I had never dived before but I liked my first dive so much I decided to do the open waters coarse with them, pleased that I am now certified thanks to Marcos, Rubén, Tristan and Andy. Xpu Ha divers were recommended to me by an experienced diver when I mentioned I wanted to try diving. I am so happy I did my first dive there and got my certification. Everyone took such good care of me and they made sure I had all the time I needed to learn everything. There was no rush to get my course done in 3 dives. I finally got certified just before my 63rd birthday! The dive sites are spectacular! Thank you Carlos, Tristan and Ruben!!

Marcos and his crew were so hospitable, professional and kind. He and Andy who is almost full Divemaster took us out diving. I was a bit rusty and a little bit nervous, but Marcos got me down to the reef to have such amazing dives, we went back for 2 more dives today!! Emilia was there too taking great photos! Will definitely be back to see this group and will recommend to anyone diving in Mexico! Saw turtles and the masters pointed out many different fish for us to see!
