We defenitely recommend a stay at the XTAMBAA cabins! They just opened in february and we were one of the first ones there. Because it‘s brandnew there are, in our opinion, still a few small things that need to be put in place (towel holder, more kitchen equipment, etc), but other than that the cabin itself (we were staying in cabin ‚café‘) is well designed and has some nice features (open air shower, 2 floors, terrace with pool view and more) that made our stay unique. When we were there there were no curtains for the bedroom part - so if you need it dark to be able to sleep it‘s recommended you bring a sleeping mask (we had no problem with that). The site contains 4 apartments in 3 houses/cabins and a common area with a lovely pool. We had some troubles booking directly via the website, but the hosts helped us out quickly. Communication and CheckIn/Out was very simple. Johannes (one of the hosts) is an very easy going and friendly guy, trying to help you out with recommendations and any other info you need (he speaks different languages and makes you feel welcome). In the stay included is a Continental Breakfast at the nearby café ‚Anahata‘ just around the corner. Lovley place, but on Sundays it is very crowded and there is no table booked automatically for people renting a cabin. With some time waiting they will try to seat you though.
