★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de soporte, ya van casi 4 meses para arreglar un problema de monitor ya regrese la "disque" garantía dos veces y aun no queda, ahórrate todo el tiempo que te costara pelearte con el soporte por comprar de esta marca en monitores.
 Terrible support service, it has been almost 4 months to fix a monitor problem and the warranty "dial" returned twice and there is still no left, save yourself all the time it will cost you to fight with the support for buying from this brand in monitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Mandé un gabinete a reparación por un defecto en la tira rgb que viene incluida en el gabinete y simplemente no han podido enviar el gabinete reparado. Es una vergüenza que siendo de México y la marca siendo mexicana tarde tanto. A los que tengan planeado comprar con esta marca, les recomiendo buscar otra con un buen prestigio que los respalde y con precios similares, pero no le compren a esta marca a menos que quieran tener una experiencia similar a la mía en caso de un producto defectuoso.
Terrible customer service. I sent a cabinet to repair due to a defect in the rgb strip that is included in the cabinet and they simply have not been able to send the cabinet repaired. It is a shame that being from Mexico and the brand being Mexican takes so long. To those who plan to buy with this brand, I recommend looking for another with a good reputation that supports them and with similar prices, but do not buy from this brand unless they want to have a similar experience to mine in case of a defective product .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se adquirió un monitor 3020 y tiene falla de que se prende y apaga. Llegó con este error desde la compra y para hacer válida la garantía han pasado casi 2 meses y solo mencionan que sigue en revisión sin dar una respuesta aún. Pésima marca. No lo compren jamás.
A 3020 monitor was purchased and has a power-on / off failure. It came with this error since the purchase and to make the guarantee valid, almost 2 months have passed and they only mention that it is still under review without giving an answer yet. Terrible brand. Never buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrellas por que me enviaron refacciones de una silla gamer dias despues que se cumplio la garantia lo cual les agradezco, pero menos de medio año despues la misma pieza volvio a romperse. Terrible calidad de los materiales, evitenla a cualquier precio.
