★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds are quite comfortable but the vibe is inexistent. Considering that breakfast isn't included and they don't offer paid services like laundry, as well as shared rooms only having one joint toilet+shower, I think that the price for 1 bed is way too high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t recommend this hostel more. Great location, top-notch facilities, hotel-level daily cleaning and supply restocking. Hosts Anna and Victor are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Anna even set alarm to wake up at 4:30am to call taxi for me. You’ll meet great people and have a great experience here in Oaxaca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hostel. Everything is so nice and clean, it's unbelivable it is not more expensive. This is by far one the best examples of how a hostel should be. There is a kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare exquisite food from the region. Also there's a terrace with a panoramic vision of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yabanhi hostel is great! Wonderful roof top kitchen and lounge area that gives a panoramic view of the city. Very friendly owners and you can come and go 24 hours a day. The place is kept very clean and there are enough washrooms that you will never need to wait. I would recommend this hostel to anyone. They also have private rooms if the dorm is not your style.
One thing to know, they only accept cash payment and all payment is due at check-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there two nights and had our own private room. Everything was really clean and for the price totally fine. What we found annoying is that you can’t check in before 3pm even when the room is already available. Because we arrived in the morning we had to pay additionally 300 pesos to get into our room. Also when we checked out they forbid us to use the kitchen/rooftop-terrace and we should have sit next to the reception the whole evening, till our nightbus leaves. They wanted to charge us again 50 pesos per person that we can use the kitchen. We travelled for 3 months now and in no other hostel we had this experiences.
