Sian ka'an es muy bonito, y sus locales geniales. El único problema ha sido el guía y el chofer. Me he ido sin aprender nada de la historia, fauna y flora de la zona, y encima con el disgusto. Y la conduccion era como de un videojuego.
Sian Ka'an is very beautiful, and its great places. The only problem has been the guide and the driver. I have left without learning anything about the history, fauna and flora of the area, and above with disgust. And the driving was like a video game.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER. It was the worst experience of my LIFE. Luxury van? I don't know where, we took a trip of (amazing) 6 HOURS! in deplorable conditions both in the vehicle and on the road, we all come away with a LOT of back pain. When we arrived at the place, they didn't let us do the whole tour promised for inexplicable reasons, in other words, they were promised something glorious and something ridiculous was delivered. Furthermore, we were extorted by the drivers, where we were forced to pay in cash (you understand...?) a fee that did not exist. I am in contact with the card company to cancel, this company is a joke. He hung up on us several times, and stopped responding to emails when we complained about the tour. Oh, and you want their physical store on Google? Try your luck to find it, the address is fake.

Contratamos con ellos las excursiones y fue un acierto total, desde el trato de los guias, sus explicaciones, simpatía, incluidos los chóferes, hasta la puntualidad, para nosotros fue de 10, recomendable 100%
We hired the excursions with them and it was a total success, from the treatment of the guides, their explanations, friendliness, including the drivers, to their punctuality, for us it was 10, 100% recommended

Had a comfortable and safe tour thanks to Marcela and Miguel. We were treated well and not a minute was wasted doing anything other than what was labeled in our itinerary. I'd recommend Yalku Tours to anyone in the area looking for a friendly and informative tour experience.

Our tour was fantastic, we started Sobo and explored the ruins. Our guide gave us interesting history of the site and the activities that went on there. Amazing piece of history for sure. Then we scheduled to go to a cave Cenote but rain the night before made it too dangerous so we went to an open Cenote instead. Tons of mosquitoes. Then we ate and the lunch was good. From there we went to the ruins that were the original Tulum. Very interesting and we were amazed by the science behind the structures. Lastly we went snorkeling. First time in the ocean, we felt safe and enjoyed it very much.

I booked the tour Chitzen Itza, Ek Balam and Hubiku cenote plus lunch. It was a very long day but I really enjoyed myself. Was is not for the fact that I felt rushed all the time and that we were only a very short time at Hubiku cenote. When we arrived there, there was no lunch available so after a too short swim we had to look for another restaurant. And although Jesus was really professional and explained a lot about the Mayan culture, he kept having this talk about how important it was for us to give them a big tip. And this he did this 6 times a full 5 minutes (half an hour). This really annoyed me and also other people of the group. Some advice for Jesus: just put a big jar with TIPS in de front of the bus, or even better, just walk around inside of the bus with a tip jar so people can put their tips in there. He seemed like a beggar and nobody likes beggars. Also the fact that we didnt get lunch at Hubiku made me give 3 stars instead of 5. The driver was very frienfly and helpfull so I gave him a langer tip. Overall a very long day but well worth it!

Booked and paid for Chitzen Itza and Cenote tour in Nov 2021. Called the phone number listed in the Expedia App for Yalku Tours on 2/6/2022, as instructed, to confirm pick up. They said they had poor phone service and asked me to text instead. So texted to confirm pick up location and they replied via text to be in lobby of the hotel where I was staying (Zilara) at 7:25am on 2/21/22, the scheduled date. Woke up early that morning (day one of vacay) and went to lobby at 7am to wait. They never came so tried to contact them again. They would not answer calls and mailbox was full. They would also no longer reply to texts. Then found an email from a different name (Cancun Bay Tours), sent 2/20/22 when we were busy on airplanes and in airports, that told me to go to a different location in Playa Del Carmen at 7:45am. Asked hotel people where that was and was told it was over an hour away. So no trip for us. Don't know why they changed the arrangement, could never reach them. No communication. Very bad experience. Expedia has not been able to contact them either. Update: The below response from the tour company was insulting and insincere. Took a few weeks but Expedia Team eventually issued a refund to me. Thank you Expedia. Would not recommend doing business with Yalku and/or Cancun Bay Tours.
