 I took my motorcycle to maintenance and they returned it to me with a sound that it did not have and all dirty. I'm very sad

Entre y estuve 5 minutos esperando a alguien y nadie llegó.
The place seems abandoned, there are no motorcycles or anyone to attend to you.
I came in and I was waiting for someone for 5 minutes and no one came.

Pero que caso tiene que tengan un teléfono si no sirve ni contestan tuve que gastar 200 en pasajes de otro municipio solo para preguntar y no tengan las refacciones que solo por pedido y como quieren que haga un pedido si no tienen línea telefónica por eso puse una estrella ojalá pongan otra línea telefónica que falta de profesionalismo los empresarios de Yamaha perdiendo miles de pesos por no tener una línea telefónica en sus locales

But what if they have a telephone if it doesn't work and they don't answer? I had to spend 200 on tickets from another municipality just to ask and they don't have the spare parts that only by request and how do they want me to place an order if they don't have a telephone line that's why I put a star I hope they put another telephone line that lacks professionalism the Yamaha businessmen losing thousands of pesos for not having a telephone line in their premises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya llevan más de 8 mss con mi moto y no la puede arreglar, una moto con menos de 6000 km y ya pague más de $5000. Increíblemente nisiquiera están seguros de cual es el problema. El distribuidor más sucio y con peor atención que e visto en mi vida.
They already have more than 8 mss with my motorcycle and they can't fix it, a motorcycle with less than 6000 km and I already paid more than $5000. Incredibly they are not even sure what the problem is. The dirtiest distributor and with worse attention that I have seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que vale la pena es la excelente atención de la Sra. Jacobe, muy amable y cordial. El servicio mecánico no es muy bueno , te entregan la moto muy sucia después del servicio, me cambiaron el chicote del acelerador de mi moto y le pusieron uno viejo. Mi moto me ha salido muy buena pero el servicio post venta es un asco.
The only thing worthwhile is the excellent attention of Mrs. Jacobe, very kind and cordial. The mechanical service is not very good, they give you the very dirty motorcycle after the service, they changed the throttle cable of my motorcycle and they put an old one on it. My motorcycle has turned out very well for me, but the after-sales service is disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had many bikes out front (around 15), different models and supposedly some in for repair. Worker said only the 2 blue bikes were for sale, and only cash, at $M31,000, does not come with registration or plates.
Very dishonest and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new scooter here when they were open for business and had inventory in stock. It was a very nice model and was the only one available in the city. However the interesting and bad news is that my scooter was stolen less than two days after I bought it. I strongly suspect a connection that they knew where I lived and had it stolen. ? Don’t trust this place or the people that worked there. Welcome to Mexico.
