★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar Cero estrellas lo haría, fui a comprar una moto de contado, el servicio del vendedor pésimo, no te dan la información correcta parece que te hicieran un favor al venderte, el resto del personal ni hablar, no tienen educación son groseros y hacen un ambiente super pesado y desagradable, para pedir piezas es un pesar tardan más de un mes y al llamar te dicen que no está la persona que debe darte informes, es lamentable ya que la marca es muy buena pero con tan pésimo servicio hubiera preferido comprar otra moto para no verlos más, si tienen opciones no compren en esa sucursal será horrible llevar la moto a servicio, ojalá Yamaha checara estos comentarios y mejorará el servicio que ofrecen. Super horrible experiencia.
 If I could give Zero stars I would do it, I went to buy a spot bike, the lousy seller's service, they don't give you the right information it seems they did you a favor when selling you, the rest of the staff or talking, they don't have education they are rude and They make a super heavy and unpleasant environment, to ask for parts is a regret it takes more than a month and when they call you they tell you that they are not the person who should give you reports, it is unfortunate since the brand is very good but with such a bad service I would have preferred Buy another motorcycle to see them no more, if you have options do not buy at that branch it will be horrible to bring the motorcycle to service, hopefully Yamaha will check these comments and improve the service they offer. Super horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene buena ubicación, casi siempre hay estacionamiento y por las condiciones actuales por covid19 hay que llevar cubre boca, a veces hay accesorios , ahora hay dos cascos r7 talla XL en remate y otras chucherías mal y tienen un problema a solucionar con su linea telefónica.
Mi último pedido por la pandemia llegó en 5 meses opinión dada el 12 de diciembre del 2020
The place has a good location, there is almost always parking and due to the current conditions due to covid19 you have to wear a mouth cover, sometimes there are accessories, now there are two r7 size XL helmets in auction and other bad trinkets and they have a problem to solve with their line telephone.

Lleve mi motocicleta a una revisión y desde la recepción la persona encargada o mecánico me creo mucha desconfianza en el sentido de ni siquiera saber lo que debía hacer, además quedo en llamarme para darme una respuesta de análisis a cierta hora y jamás lo hizo, y cuando fui a recoger mi unidad me dijo que el problema lo detectó removiendo una serie de componentes dentro de la motocicleta, cuando ni siquiera quitó un solo tornillo, pues yo le coloqué diferentes señas a la motocicleta para saber que le hacían y las marcas ni siquiera fueron removidas. Así que sugiero pongan a un mecánico que realmente sepa lo que hace.
Terrible attention and service. So I suggest putting in a mechanic who really knows what he's doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me hace muy bien que haya personas que te ayuden a buscar lo que ocupas en lo que respecta a refacciones y así, lo único que no me agrado es que los precios de las refacciones lo duplican y sus productos los compran por MercadoLibre, si sabes usar mercado libre mejor compralo desde ahí, ahora que si no sabes que es o si es lo que buscas mejor puedes acudir ahí, en Yamaha ahí te puede ayudar mejor y asesorar
