★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, segun tienen whatsapp para poder tener mejor comunicacion, y es pesimo, contestan cuando se les da la gana, yo tengo un pedido que realice desde hace mas de 2 meses y nada que llega la pieza, hablo x telefono e igual, contestan y te dejan en espera hasta x 5 minutos, que lastima que segun es agencia de una marca tan buena y tengan un servicio tan nefasto.
De vdd deberian mejorar en esta parte, capaciten a sus empleados, mejoren la atencion al cliente, que a fin de cuentas x nosotros es que aun sigue vendiendo.
