★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo opinar del servicio por que no existe, entre a la agencia con ganas de conocer nuevos modelos para adquirir mi próximo moto pero simplemente fui ignorado me estuve paseando alrededor de las motos por cerca de 20 min y nadie se acercó a mi. simplemente pasaban empleados pero ninguno me volteó a ver es una pena esta clase de servicio yo por supuesto me llevo mi dinero a otro lado uno donde se me atienda como se debe.
I cannot comment on the service because it does not exist, I entered the agency wanting to know new models to buy my next motorcycle but I was simply ignored, I was walking around the motorcycles for about 20 minutes and nobody approached me. Employees simply passed by but none of them turned to see me. This kind of service is a shame. Of course, I take my money to another place where I am treated as it should.

They do not close at the time that the information says, I arrived to pick up my motorcycle at 5:20 and it was already closed, they do not answer the number that is in the information either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta agencia solo vende motos y refacciones para motonetas,tengo una yamaha 650 y nunca nunca tienes refacciones ni por encargo,vas y preguntas por algo y que no tienen y que no le llegará da coraje porque siendo una agencia deberían de tener por lo menos por encargo pero ni siquiera eso y que si no hay aquí menos en medida campeche porque es nivel península ???
This agency only sells motorcycles and spare parts for scooters, I have a yamaha 650 and you never never have spare parts or on request, you go and ask for something and they don't have it and it won't come to them, it makes you angry because being an agency they should have at least for order but not even that and if there is not here less in Campeche because it is peninsula level ???

En diciembre de 2021 les compré una motocicleta de contado la cuál nunca entregaron y hace dos meses les solicite mi reembolso el cuál no me quieren regresar, son unos RATEROS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they are an authorize dealer they don't look professional, the bikes they sell are obviously the REAL thing, but people are not so into their jobs. I wander around looking for someone to help me but place looked empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there with the intention of buying a bike, I had the money to pay it in full and both sellers didn't really do much about that. They didn't motivate me more to buy it, they didn't really want to help with anything. They where basically just standing there and Telling me the price of the bike I wanted.
