★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte del personal. Amables y agradables en el trato. Un familiar compró una moto y al día siguiente la entregaron aunque pudo haber sido el mismo día pero por cuestiones técnicas, no fue posible.
Igualmente el área de servicio es muy buena. Tuve una FZ07 2016 y en el servicio me atendieron muy bien. Adicionalmente, las instalaciones están muy bien ordenadas y limpias. Otras agencias (Suzuki) deberían aplicarse con el servicio al cliente porque Yamaha es un referente tanto en calidad de las máquinas como con el trato al cliente.
Excellent attention from the staff. Kind and pleasant in treatment. A family member bought a motorcycle and the next day it was delivered, although it could have been the same day, but due to technical issues, it was not possible.
Also the service area is very good. I had a 2016 FZ07 and in the service they treated me very well. Additionally, the facilities are very well organized and clean. Other agencies (Suzuki) should apply themselves with customer service because Yamaha is a benchmark both in quality of the machines and in customer service.
