★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es deplorable , la señorita que desempeña el puesto de vendedora no tiene la más mínima idea de lo que esta haciendo . Le da pereza brindar información acerca de cada producto que vende . Definitivamente una muy mala experiencia, son pocos los lugares a los cuales acudir y lamentable llegar y que no se brinde una atención al cliente correctamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in ready to buy a brand new bike, with cash in hand and they refused to price match any other Yamaha dealer. They missed out on a sale, because they were not willing to come done 2,000 pesos. So we went to the dealer in Puebla and bought the new bike. Their loss.....
It appears that they don’t care if they sell any bikes.
