★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente pésimo taller, es deficiente en todo, tuve un accidente y por el seguro fui a dar ahí, me dijeron lo que a todos, que las piezas tardaban mucho en llegar, y ni siquiera vi mi moto ahí, cosas tan sencillas, tengo un mes y no hay respuesta. Una semana más les voy a dar y si no voy a ver que más hago.
 Really terrible workshop, it is deficient in everything, I had an accident and for insurance I went there, they told me what they all, that the parts took a long time to arrive, and I did not even see my motorcycle there, such simple things, I have a month and there is no response. I am going to give them one more week and if not I am going to see what else I can do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo el nombre de mecanica ahí. Hacen puras porquerias, ademas de que los mecanicos quieren cobrarte cosas por fuera que ya habias pagado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable, mi moto fue asignada al taller por parte del seguro y la verdad que desde el inicio trabajo poco profesional , utilizaron piezas de uso para repararla y nunca quedaba bien, estuvo en el taller 3 meses y termine llevándola a reparar a uno de confianza, la dirección y la parte frontal de la moto quedó mal armada, a parte se robaron medio tanque de gasolina y aunque la aseguradora les ordenó reponerlo, hicieron caso omiso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La administración del lugar es P E S I M A, te dan una fecha de entrega y cuando vas el día o marcas para saber si ya está te dicen que siempre NO y lo peor es que si eres insistente como yo ya ni te contestan, tenía que marcar de otros números que no fuera el mío para que me contestaran, solo la lleve ahí porque la aseguradora tiene convenio ahí, pero si por mí fuera ni de a pedo vuelvo a tocar ese taller.
The administration of the place is AWFUL, they give you a delivery date and when you go on the day or mark to know if it is already there they tell you that they always do NOT and the worst thing is that if you are insistent like me they don't even answer you, I had to mark from others numbers that were not mine so that they would answer me, I only took it there because the insurer has an agreement there, but if it were up to me, I would not touch that workshop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por desgracia tuve un percance y mandaron mi moto a ese taller, se me pasó darle la llave al de la grúa y marco por teléfono para llevárselas y lo mismo de varios comentarios, nadie contesta
Cuando finalmente me entregaron mi moto 2 meses después la llevo a otro taller a qué la revisen y piezas supuestamente nuevas según el encargado del taller al revisarlas a detalle me percató que son las mismas pero reparadas, cambiaron piezas originales de la marca por piezas Chinas de baja calidad mismas que con el uso se empezaron a caer
La misma reparación en el otro taller me la cotizaron de 1200 a 1400 máximo, el deducible del seguro me salió en 1900 y según yo lo pague para que quedara mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunado el echo que Qualitas tenga convenio con tan pésimo taller (espero lo cancelen) mi moto ingreso por reparación de tolva trasera y al momento de la entrega fue manipulado el tapón de gasolina llevándose el medio tanque con el qué se ingreso mismo que ya no sirve por la notoria fuerza que hicieron en este disque taller al robarse el combustible. Me causa inseguridad el echo de que sea muy probable le quitarán una pieza original y colocado otra puesto que se nota la manipulación completa en todo el motor y obvio seguro estos deslindandoce de todo.
Si pueden nunca ingresen sus motocicletas aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaron mi moto a este taller por parte del seguro. Pasaron meses y nunca me repararon la moto. Me dieron un vale para que entregaran faltantes de la moto. Pero nunca me lo hicieron válido. Pésima opción . Muy mal servicio y el gerente muy déspota.
They took my motorcycle to this workshop for the insurance. Months passed and my bike was never repaired. They gave me a voucher to deliver missing parts of the motorcycle. But they never made it valid for me. Bad option. Very bad service and the manager very despotic.
