★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, es el peor lugar para llevar tu moto a mantenimiento, por experiencia saliendo mi moto de yamaha me dejaron la tuerca de la llanta delantera floja y otra duke 390 después de un mantenimiento dejaron el chupon del dado con el que quitaron la bujía puesto por lo que este se derritió todo adentro, otra fz salio con el tensor del freno trasero suelto y casi provoca un accidente fatal al amarrarse la llanta en una autopista no se de donde saquen sus mecánicos o como los capaciten pero es una agencia que no recomiendo en lo mas minimo y eso que ahí hemos comprado dos motos la mia y la de mi hermano y las dos le han echo malos trabajos y JAMAS JAMAS se responsabilizan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro el servicio se tardan de 1 mes a 3 meses en reparar una avería pequeña nunca tiene refacciones, además me di cuenta que después me robaron piezas que mi motocicleta tenía nuevas se las combinan por refacciones viejas el personal que se dice técnico en realidad no sabe y hace las cosas al aventon mi moto la dejaron mal al poco tiempo le salió otra avería y la lleve al mecánico pues me comentó que los anillos del pistón no los habían dejado en la posición correcta y eso provocó que subiera aceite al cilindro.
Al parecer las refacciones también las cambian compras piezas en la agencia de Yamaha por qué tienes la confianza de adquirir lo original y resulta que cuando las sacas de su envoltura es otra marca chafa que desepcion. Son un fraude.
The service is very expensive, it takes from 1 month to 3 months to repair a small breakdown, it never has spare parts, I also realized that later they stole parts that my motorcycle had new, they combine them with old spare parts, the staff that calls themselves a technician does not really He knows and does things when they hitch a ride, they left my motorcycle in a bad way, after a short time another fault came out and I took it to the mechanic because he told me that the piston rings had not been left in the correct position and that caused oil to rise into the cylinder.
Apparently the spare parts are also changed by buying parts at the Yamaha agency because you have the confidence to acquire the original and it turns out that when you take them out of their wrapping it is another crappy brand that disappoints. They are a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, vendedor apático, atiende de mala gana, da informes a tirabuzón. Llegué por una moto y salí sin nada y realmente molesto. Pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que manera de ROBAR!!!! Deberían de estar en el Bote, Me querían cobrar por un alternador y un estator que "supuestamente" no servía. Llevo un mes y 10,000 km recorridos y no he tenido ni un solo problema. Lo lleve a otra Yamaha para el servicio y me dijeron que ambas piezas estaban en buen estado. EL QUE LLEVÉ SU MOTO A ESTE SERVICIO QUIDADO PORQUE RE ESTAN COBRANDO PIEZAS DE MAS!!!!
What a way to STEAL!!!! They should be in the Boat, They wanted to charge me for an alternator and a stator that "supposedly" did not work. It's been a month and 10,000 km traveled and I haven't had a single problem. I took it to another Yamaha for service and was told both parts were in good shape. THE ONE WHO TAKEN HIS MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SERVICE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ARE CHARGING MORE PARTS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco el servicio y la atención, todos mal encarados, parece que les molesta que entres, y cuando entras escuchas a los empleados haciendo bromas y hablando con groserías, es una falta de respeto, el que está en mostrador ni te pone atención cuando cotizas unas piezas y todavía te dice “ahí si quieres sino búscale” el problema no es el dinero ya que si tienes una moto de esta marca es obvio que tienes para mantenerla, el problema es la pésima atención que te dan en esta agencia, de verdad no sé cómo siguen operando.
