★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal pesimo servicio por parte de area de refacciones.. Fui a comprar unas piezas. Todo Muy bien al entrar las señoras muy amables saludando dando la bienvenida... Y el muchacho de refacciones bien despota. Nos atendio cuando quizo y todavia nos hizo el comentario de que las piezas son "muy caras" y todavia para rematar

 Personally, very bad service from the spare parts area. I went to buy some parts. All very well when entering the very friendly ladies saying hello to welcome ... And the spare parts boy well despises. He attended us when he wanted and still made us the comment that the pieces are "very expensive" and still to finish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que he ido siempre hay algo mal. Casi no tienen motos para exhibición, repiten el mismo modelo, en otra oportunidad eran las 13:20 horas y a pesar que el lugar tenía el letrero de abierto, una persona salió a decirme que no había servicio y que abrirían hasta las 4 de la tarde.
Las personas que atienden no tienen mucho conocimiento sobre las motos y sólo repiten lo que dice la página de Internet. Estoy interesado en la moto Crypton y me dijeron que la única que tenían ya estaba vendida y que si quería verla tendría que ir antes de que el dueño se la llevara. Le pregunté que si yo la quisiera comprar en cuánto tiempo la traerían y me dijo que no sabía.
Mala atención en general, mejor voy a trasladarme a la ciudad de Veracruz, a ver si allá mejora el servicio.

They hardly have any motorcycles for display, they repeat the same model, on another occasion it was 1:20 p.m. and despite the fact that the place had the open sign, a person came out to tell me that there was no service and that they would open until 4 in the afternoon .
The people who attend do not have much knowledge about motorcycles and only repeat what the website says. I am interested in the Crypton bike and they told me that the only one they had was already sold and that if I wanted to see it I would have to go before the owner took it away. I asked him if I wanted to buy it, how long would they bring it in and he said he didn't know.
Bad attention in general, I'd better move to the city of Veracruz, to see if the service improves there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato, bastante ignorantes respecto al tema (curioso que la encargada se ve que no sabe ni manejar una). Trato descortez y ni siquiera conocen su producto, ni siquiera te dan información respecto a financiamiento a menos que directamente solicites el crédito. Nada que ver con agencias en otras ciudades, le hacen daño a la marca en esta ciudad. Si buscan opciones no se molesten en ir, otras marcas tienen modelos a mejor precio con gente calificada. Recomiendo suzuki o honda a tomar primero en cuenta.
Terrible treatment, quite ignorant about the subject (curious that the manager does not even know how to handle one). I treat them rudely and they don't even know their product, they don't even give you information regarding financing unless you directly request the credit. Nothing to do with agencies in other cities, they harm the brand in this city. If you are looking for options, do not bother going, other brands have models at a better price with qualified people. I recommend suzuki or honda to take into account first.
