Llevo 2 días esperando mi cotización de piezas, al parecer no les interesa vender en su sucursal. La respuesta de su empleado fue que tenía mucho trabajo para cotizarme en el momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó la atención. Muy tardado, no tienen las piezas requeridas y pueden tardar hasta 3 mese o más en llegar. Te dicen que te llamarán por teléfono para seguimiento pero no lo hacen. Hay que insistir mucho. Quise cancelar una compra porque nunca llegaron las piezas y me la hicieron de largas para el reembolso
I didn't like the attention. Very late, they do not have the required parts and it can take up to 3 months or more to arrive. They tell you that they will phone you for follow-up but they don't. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca nadie contesta los teléfonos,,llevo días tratando de solicitarles un mantenimiento, he tenido que llamar a otras sucursales; en fin, pienso que deben poner atención al teléfono que tienen puesto al público, y atenderlo adecuadamente, de otra forma sólo están perdiendo clientes. Ahí les pongo un tache , super tache. Saludos.

Desde diciembre de 2021 no me entregan mi unidad que se pagó de contado.
Ya pedí mi reembolso desde hace un mes y solo dan largas y excusas tontas, piensen dos veces antes de comprar en éste distribuidor.
