★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the vegan ramen for delivery. It was VERY delicious! One of the best Asian soups I've had! Very flavorful, not bland at all and packaged perfectly. I would order again and I will try other vegan dishes in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best Ramen I've had in Playa del Carmen. I'd even say it's the best Ramen outside of Japan and some of the capital cities. Massively underrated hidden gem let's help it become a Playa del Carmen go-to.
The sushi is also super fresh, everything is done with great attention to detail. Quality-price ratio is also fair.
5 stars all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than expected. The Ramens we had were pretty good. The sushi is above average and with the 3 for price of 2 promotion you can't go wrong. Even the appetizers were enjoyable and service was professional. I'd gladly go back. It's a good option for an affordable and enjoyable meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With an Asian background coming from Toronto, I know my ramens. I’ve been craving good ramen and sushi for a while since I’ve been in Playa. I saw Yamato on Google maps with amazing reviews and high ratings so I had to give it a try to give my honest review.
Friendly service but little slow, only one server though so she was quite busy.
The ramen soup was a bit bland but the noodles and pork was good (it only comes with one piece, feel like it should come with at least two but it’s cheap to add an extra). The sushi actually wasn’t too bad either, but rice fell apart easily.
Tried their mochi (green tea with red bean paste inside), very interesting that it’s served with whipped cream. It’s alright, texture tougher.
For playa it’s not bad, best I’ve tried here so far.
