YASC - 97119 Mérida

All the reviews previous managment and agents posted were all erased because no one has anything good to say about them. If you had any integrity you would fix these issues instead of hiding them. Good thing you cant erase google reviews.

I've been working 3 years in this company and is so far the most friendly work environment I've been gladly involved in, also one of the best payments in the city, 5 starts no doubt

Training was going well until sudden change in my schedule, I was suspicious of this change so I went to clarify with HR, they told me I was in the right... Next day they tell me HR made a mistake. Turned out this "mistake" was made from the interview by my direct boss and everyone involved. Also, it's supposed to be 2 weeks of training without pay, but no one in the management was able to tell me exactly when those 2 weeks would be over, and even got mocked for asking. Shady company, I suspect they use this unpaid training to get free work out of people, which unfortunately they did get from me.

I am very dissapointed, we were working at the new office they opened at the World Trade Center in CDMX in August 2019 and this company just disappeared in just 2 days without any notifications, so they did not even paid us the hours worked dor.the.last quincena. The way managament and CEO handles the.business is not professional and clear from the.beginning. I was glad I was.given the.opportunity to work with them and move up to Team Lead, however the way they left is not professional at all.

Working at YASC is quite exciting and motivating. The team and staff are amazing, I've met a lot of friendly people and they're always doing their best to make you feel welcome and accepted. As in any company there are challenges to address but the management is always attentive to the needs and concerns of all the team.

I worked with these company for like a month, there are postive sides and as well as negative. The salary isn't bad for being in merida but there are other companies that pay better. In your nonima it dosen't say how much you actually make since they do shady under the table stuff to avoid paying taxes and say you make less then you actually make. The workplace in general is not bad, the coworkers are nice but yes there is levels in these job like in any other job. Trainers flirting with operators and feeling like they are above you and you are just another replacement. As well they require you to be there atleast 15 mins before your shift. By the time your supose to clock in everthing should be ready for you to take calls if not you are considered late even if you arrive at the time of your shift . The training is paid & if your having problem with english there is support, like english classes. Overall Yasc is a decent company but there are better alternatives in merida you just got to look for them. Btw I don't understand how they get away with packing so many agents in the office since currently there is a pandemic going on.

Excellent place to work at, has a youthful vibe, great for starting out in the workforce
