Pero sinceramente no me gustó mucho que esta demasiado oscuro, se que es parte del concepto pero un poco más de iluminación no haría mal. Primero que nada, el lugar es muy bonito, un muy buen concepto, luces cálidas, asientos cómodos, el bar es precioso, baños limpios, la comida es de excelente calidad, y muy variada, buenas porciones, me recomendaron mucho este lugar, ya que no sabía dónde festejar el cumpleaños de mi familiar, ya que no soy de Torreón. Lamentablemente el servicio al cliente no fue favorable, nos acomodaron en nuestra mesa, y todo bien, hasta que llegó un grupo de personas al parecer importantes de la localidad, lo cual desconozco totalmente de quienes se trataban, y a su vez llegaron unos influencers también de la ciudad, por lo cual toda la atención se evoco a ellos, nos entregaron platos a destiempo y fríos, la entrada salió después del plato principal, tenías que estar agitando la mano en varias ocasiones para que los meseros te hicieran caso, y se notaba que se molestaban, el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, nos atendieron 4 personas diferentes, ya ni pedimos el postre o pastel de cumpleaños, por tanto tiempo de espera, hago hincapie, no es un lugar barato, por lo que esperas buena atención. Siempre he pensado y he aplicado que el secreto para que un negocio funcione, tiene que ver con el trato a tu cliente y así tendrás lealtad de su parte. Los influencers van y vienen y en ocasiones se les paga, pero crear una red de personas que te apoyen consumiendo o recomendando porque realmente les gusto es más significativo. Lo recomiendo a medias, me decepciono, reiteró, la comida es buena, pero el servicio al cliente es pésimo.
