Compre una caja de guantes y a los 5 minutos regrese para devolverlos porque siempre no los iba a necesitar y me dijeron que ya no se podían devolver por políticas de la empresa cuando la caja estaba igual a como me los entregaron (cerrada) sin ningún daño y ni siquiera la saque de la bolsa en la que la dieron, además agregaron que ya no se podía porque era material médico pero los guantes si nisiquiera son estériles y como mencione anteriormente la caja sigue cerrada y sellada como me la dieron, me parece algo muy injusto y un pésimo servicio al cliente, perdieron un cliente que iba a seguir ocupando comprar este tipo de materiales.
NEVER BUY HERE. I bought a box of gloves and after 5 minutes I came back to return them because I would not always need them and they told me that they could no longer be returned due to company policies when the box was the same as they were delivered to me (closed) without any damage and I did not even take it out of the bag in which they gave it, they also added that it could no longer be because it was medical material but the gloves are not even sterile and as I mentioned earlier the box is still closed and sealed as they gave it to me, I think unfair and lousy customer service, they lost a customer who was going to continue to buy this type of material.
