No pude constatar el servicio.
Pero su atención a cliente es muy deficiente.
Hace presupuesto por foto y te da un costo totalmente diferente (Y tengo la conversación para restregarlo en su cara , pero totalmente diferente)
En fin ...
Te da cita y te dice que por su carga de trabajo no te va a atender al momento, que el auto se va a quedar y hasta el otro día te lo entrega .
Consejos para el Gerente:
1.- No des presupuestos basados en una foto.
Mejor publica la lista de precios que tienes dentro del taller .
2.- Sí no vas a respetar las citas .
No tengas ese servicio .
Porque da lo mismo que tenga una cita programada a que pase cualquier día de la semana y te deje el vehículo.
3.- Y por último respeta el tiempo de los clientes .
Porque hasta parece una burla las excusas que pone el gerente .

I could not verify the service.
But their customer service is very poor.
He makes a budget per photo and gives you a totally different cost (And I have the conversation to scrub it in his face, but totally different)
Anyway ...
He gives you an appointment and tells you that because of his workload he is not going to attend you at the moment, that the car is going to stay and until the next day he delivers it to you.
Tips for the Manager:
1.- Do not give budgets based on a photo.
Better publish the price list you have within the workshop.
2.- If you are not going to respect the appointments.
Don't have that service.
Because it does not matter that you have an appointment scheduled to happen any day of the week and leave the vehicle.
3.- And finally respect the clients' time.
Because even the excuses that the manager makes seem like a mockery.
