1. Para obtener el comprobante fiscal digital tiene hasta el día 5 del mes siguiente a la fecha de haber adquirido su boleto.
2. La fecha del comprobante generado corresponderá a la fecha de la solicitud del mismo y no a la fecha de emisión del ticket.
3. En caso de que no haya información sobre el ticket, favor de comunicarse a nuestro Correo: [email protected] o al número 2599-6024 con 10 líneas, un horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 - 17:00 y Sábados 9:00 - 13:00.
4. Requisitos para responder un correo referente a un problema de factura, anexar lo siguiente: un escaneo del boleto, datos fiscales, rfc, cp, domicilio, colonia, estado y la fecha de su servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at Benito Juarez and need to go to Holiday Inn Express. The cab number 0827 expent more than 1 hour and I have to pay 450 Pesos Mexicanos.
Disapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the 4 taxibooths right after you exit the airport. Had to wait for 15 minutes before I got a taxi. The other taxi active at Gate 9, Nueva Imagen, had a lot more taxis and thus no waiting line. The lady at the counter gave me 50MX$ less than she should have. Only after I noticed this and gave a remark, appeared the money suddenly. So count your change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive and you have to wait for a very long time. You are better off with an Uber. Besides, they don't use any navigation system, so they don't avoid traffic and choose the longest routes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste money and time, get UBER instead.
I didn’t have to wait that much, actually it was quite fast maybe because the time of our arrival al 1 am.
My main complaints are:
1. an overpriced ticket (prepaid),
2. plenty of taxis in the yellow cab waiting line and they barely call you considering that they got a whatsapp of your ticket right when you paid.
3. The taxi driver was upset for no reason since we ask him (in a kind way) for help with our luggage.
I don’t recommend it!!!
