Delicioso. Aquí se hacen las cosas bien. El manager super amable y el servicio atento. La comida rica. No es el ramen más tradicional pero estuvo bien. El huevo del ramen debería ser duro con yema tierna y no estrellado... El volcán de postre es delicioso. Podrían tener más tés japoneses pero supongo que los locales no consumen eso. El precio es elevado pero lo merece.

Llegamos sin reservación (no lo hagan) aún así Dayana fue súper amable y aún que esperamos un buen rato logramos sentarnos. El lugar está divinamente diseñado con la mezcla perfecta entre carpintería e iluminación cálida. Tiene un DJ que genera un ambiente divertido y moderno. Pedimos un poco de todo, sake, cerveza, cockteleria sin alcohol (los adolescentes felices),niguiris, rollos (todos espectaculares), baos (no se pierdan el de soft shell crab), sopa miso con fideos de arroz, yakimeshis, hamburguesa wagyu, postre, café (de máquina italiana bien ahí!). Excelente servicio de todo el staff. Volveremos y súper recomendado. 5/5 estrellas, lugar, ambiente, comida (calidad y presentación de los alimentos), servicio.

went on a lark been watching it get built, i live walking distance, LOVED it, service, ambiance, food all 5 star friendly atmosphere my new favorite sushi bar , we were 6 people, they accommodated my mother in a wheel chair awesome awesome

Love love love! Great food, good ambiance, trendy.. Loved the atmosphere! Waiters attentive and quick. The food was delicious.. Fresh, full of flavour and well plated. Vast menu with a wide variety of dishes and the desserts were YUMMY!! Must visit!!

First ? I live walking distance. I know the local restaurants well. YEO Should be 1 star, but I will give it 2 because the atmosphere is good even though the food is WAY too salty and not even remotely worth the inflated prices. A high end japanese restaurant should taste FRESH. Food: ⭐⚫⚫⚫⚫ ? The chef needs a cooking class on how to salt food and taste their recipes before serving. ? The carpaccio was drenched in a salty soup, this makes the fish taste cheap. ? The king salmon has the same issue, very salty and made the fish taste cheap. ? The ramen my wife and I were VERY excited for.... guess what? Yes, too salty. She did not even eat half of hers, but I ate mine because I was too hungry to waste money/food. (My wife pointed out the ramen liquid tastes like soy sauce NOT pork or meat broth) Service: ⭐⭐⭐⚫⚫ They are available (standing around) but do not yet understand how to predict what a customer wants and the timing/pacing of how a more expensive meal should be. For example they were quick to grab the cash check and leave dirty dishes on the table (manager needs to train better) Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⚫⚫ There is a live DJ, even though the music is more club than a restaurant (very loud, you have to shout at people next to you.) The decor and setting is great. If you think I am being inconsiderate to a new restaurant, look at my other reviews. I do not leave bad reviews often. YEO needs to reconsider how their food TASTES compared to their competitors. Everything I tried tastes better somewhere else in Nuevo Vallarta (and for less money.) Save yourself $1,900+ pesos and go to a different sushi or steak house. Basically, I do not recommend trying it. You WILL be disappointed. Maybe we will try it again when the cooks and staff are better trained in a few months.

With no doubt one of the most beautiful restaurants in the bay. The design stunning and meticulous to the smallest detail. Service is 5 stars as it’s expected from Joaquin who is one of the culinary poles of Vallarta. Very diverse menu that cater to all the foodies and again, just like the design the attention to the little details is very distinct. Drinks are delicious and generous and together with the ambient it’s a destination you want to go out to and not just enjoy a great dinner. Currently it is the hottest place in Nuevo Vallarta so if you’re around make sure you do not miss it!
