★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son departamentos de interés social pequeños, muy pequeños, en especial el área de lavado es de 1 metro x 90cm (solo hay espacio para la lavadora y el boiler). El condominio en general es tranquilo y con orden. Cuenta con una alberca de 40metros con terraza, además que cada edificio cuenta con áreas comunes utilizadas como gimnasio, área de juegos, etc.
Los baños de uso común por lo regular están sucios y falta de mantenimiento.
Al personal del condominio les hace falta mejorar su atencion y trato (hay excepciones).
El precio por los departamentos lo considero muy caros, en base la superficie de construcción, distribución y acabados.
Prefiero los departamentos de a un lado en khan en donde cuentan con mejores acabados, distribución (departamentos de dos niveles), mejor servicio del condominio e instalaciónes.
They are small, very small departments of social interest, especially the washing area is 1 meter x 90cm (there is only space for the washing machine and the boiler). The condo in general is quiet and orderly. It has a 40-meter pool with terrace, and each building has common areas used as a gym, playground, etc.
Commonly used bathrooms are dirty and lack of maintenance.
The condominium staff need to improve their attention and treatment (there are exceptions).
I consider the price for the departments very expensive, based on the surface of construction, distribution and finishes.
I prefer the one-sided apartments in Khan where they have better finishes, distribution (two-level apartments), better condominium service and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve hospedado en unos de estos departamentos en nuestra visita en Cancun... Sin duda se los recomiendo ya que son cómodos y todos los vecinos son muy tranquilos... Como para un trip en familia... Aprovechen la piscina que realmente es grande y con agua al clima.
I was staying in one of these apartments during our visit in Cancun ... I definitely recommend them since they are comfortable and all the neighbors are very quiet ... As for a family trip ... Take advantage of the really large pool and with water to the weather.
