Terrible manager, I wanted to order a roll changing the protein (tuna for chicken) and they said that you couldn't do that in any dish! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy rica, sin embargo creo que deberían tener un método para que los alimentos sean del mismo tamaño siempre, hay veces que los hacen muy bien y de un tamaño que vale la pena el precio, después vuelves otro día y como te pareció muy bueno el platillo lo vuelves a pedir y ahora lo hacen de un tamaño miserable y el precio te parece elevado.
The food is very tasty, however I think they should have a method so that the food is always the same size, there are times that they do it very well and of a size that is worth the price, then you come back another day and as you thought The dish is very good, you order it again and now they make it in a miserable size and the price seems high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though food is quite agreeable and prices are within the standard, they are a very small business and as such have a really bad management of customer service. I had a terrible experience there recently where, for a sheer dumb mistake allegedly made because of the big flux of customers, they added more product than I ordered, even though I sent them my order in clear messages through their WhatsApp service. In the end all they did was "apologize" for their mistake, but I'm sure as hell I'm not going back.
