Oferta diferente tipos de yoga, Yin, Aero, Hatha, asthanga, y terapéutico, así que puedes elegir el que vaya mejor contigo y con lo que quieres trabajar. También hay para niños. El lugar es tranquilo y silencioso algo que definitivamente se agradece y la instructora muy profesional. Recomendable.
Excellent place to practice yoga, I think of the few places that offer such services in Arandas. Offer different types of yoga, Yin, Aero, Hatha, Asthanga, and therapeutic, so you can choose the one that works best with you and what you want to work with. There are also for children. The place is quiet and silent something that is definitely appreciated and the instructor very professional. Recommendable.
