★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Sattva se hace mucho más que praticar Yoga. Ahí te envuelven en una atmósfera maravillosa de calidez, amabilidad y sentido humano. Al poco tiempo te sientes como entre amigos sinceros y notas lo alegre que se pone tu cuerpo y tu ánimo.
Hay una gran varidad de actividades como meditaciones, senderismo, cuencos y diversos tipos de reuniones para celebrar la vida.
A mí, no hay quien me quite la sonrisa permanente causada por estar bien, en Paz, y gran parte de este auto-descubrimiento fue con el acompañamiento de esa hermosa comunidad por la que siento mucha gratitud, respeto y cariño.

In Sattva you do much more than practice Yoga. There they wrap you in a wonderful atmosphere of warmth, kindness and human sense. In a short time you feel like among sincere friends and you notice how happy your body and your mood become.
There is a wide variety of activities such as meditations, hiking, singing bowls and various types of gatherings to celebrate life.
For me, there is no one to take away the permanent smile caused by being well, in Peace, and a large part of this self-discovery was with the accompaniment of that beautiful community for which I feel a lot of gratitude, respect and affection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las clases son súper dinámicas y las maestras muy atentas. La vibra es muy linda y se respira energía muy positiva. Siempre tienen diferentes actividades de integración extras a las clases regulares, algunas son sin costo y otras tienen una inversión considerable.
Súper recomendable, no importa el nivel de práctica.
The classes are super dynamic and the teachers very attentive. The vibe is very nice and you breathe very positive energy. They always have different extra integration activities to regular classes, some are free and others have a considerable investment.
Highly recommended, no matter the level of practice.

A space where you just don't want to go from there, here they share multilevel yoga classes as well as decontracting and relaxing massages, they even have a shop where you can find everything for your yoga practice and much more.
