★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a week-long vacation in Monterrey and fell upon Sadhak Yoga Contry. As an avid yoga enthusiast, I found the staff to include Cynthia, Omar, and Karina absolutely wonderful! Even though my stay was brief, I practiced daily and each workout was challenging but welcoming. Cynthia and Omar challenged their students in a firm but gentle way; nudging their students on to perform better and better.
I look forward to visiting soon!
