La maestra que me tocó fue muy amable y atenta, no me sentí ajeno al grupo incluso siendo mi primera vez. Si no tienes equipo aquí te prestan, así que no te preocupes. Recomendado ampliamente.
Excellent place to practice yoga. I had an amazing time, the atmosphere is super relaxed and the varied schedules do not give you an excuse for not attending. The teacher who touched me was very kind and attentive, I did not feel alien to the group even being my first time. If you don't have equipment here they lend you, so don't worry. Widely recommended
