It's not everyday you get to do yoga with the sound of the waves crashing and the leaves brushing against each other from the wind. 100% recommend if you're interested in the practice of yoga. Sam is super nice and mixes between English and Spanish. Namaste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a week in Holbox and practiced yoga with Samantha almost everyday. Why? What a serene location to wake up the mind and body each morning and with a passionate instructor! She gracefully guided the group through flows that energized, strengthened, and stretched our bodies and minds. She was in tune to the needs of the participants, adding modifications to make the experience beneficial to each person. If you are an expert yogi, a beginner or anywhere in between these sessions are for you! To top it off the session winds down in savasana with the wind gently cooling the body, a subtle aroma of jasmine filling the air, and the soothing vibration of Tibetan bowls combined with the melodic voice of Samantha. And a magnificent view of the white sand and turquoise waters of Holbox!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently left Holbox and one of the things I miss the most is the morning yoga class with Sam. Sam is very experienced and passionate about yoga and does the best to tailor the class to the energy of the students. During the class she transmits a very authentic yogic vibe that makes the experience quite unique. I came as a student and left as a friend ?Looking forward to going back and practicing again at this stunning location.

She had a challenging flow and also incorporates a lovely meditation to end the class. I look forward to practicing with Sam next year

She ensured I was comfortable, while still challenging me and teaching me a ton. I wish I had found this earlier as I would have booked this religiously for each morning :) Thank you and I'll be back as soon as I can!!
