Hay un ambiente muy agradable, de convivencia e intercambio de ideas enfocadas al conocimiento y el auto cuidado de nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente.
Yoga classes with Master Rosio are highly recommended, she guides us with a lot of patience and transmits a lot of confidence to try and work the different positions. There is a very pleasant atmosphere, of coexistence and exchange of ideas focused on knowledge and self-care of our body and mind.
