★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta el helado, aparte de que mi padre no puede consumir con azúcar y tienen helado sin azúcar ? También muy buena limpieza y toman sus medidas para todos excelente servicio?
 I love ice cream, apart from the fact that my father cannot consume it with sugar and they have ice cream without sugar ? Also very good cleaning and they take their measurements for everyone excellent service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son super ricos! El personal siempre es muy amable. Siempre hay al menos un sabor sin azúcar y tienen tambn un helado de chocolate sin azúcar ni lácteos. Tienen medidas de prevención de COVID, pero estaría bien que dejaran de usar guantes desechables (para no contaminar más) y obligaran mejor a ponerse gel a todos.
They are super rich! The staff is always very friendly. There is always at least one sugar-free flavor and they also have a sugar-free, dairy-free chocolate ice cream. They have COVID prevention measures, but it would be nice if they stopped using disposable gloves (so as not to contaminate more) and better force everyone to put gel on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, el día de hoy acudí para empezar había una nieve casi líquida, luego compré una y tenía un sabor agrio y rancio, pregunté si había alguna manera de cambiarla y me dijeron que no porque supuestamente no tenía nada de malo, así que si buscan buenas nieves y buen servicio al cliente este no es el lugar
Terrible customer service, today I went to start with almost liquid snow, then I bought one and it tasted sour and stale, I asked if there was any way to change it and they said no because supposedly there was nothing wrong with it, like this that if you are looking for good snow and good customer service this is not the place
