Our stay at Yoo'Nashi was something memorable. It is a place within the nature of the mountains; full of trees and birds, the most peaceful you can find. Mariano and Vanesa are excellent guests, we loved their kindness and attention. I recommend it to have a real contact with nature without the inconveniences of camping in the middle of the mountains. Ideal for relaxing and writing or reading. You can't miss: -The starry sky -Immerse yourself in the pool at noon -Travel the trails around the terrain -Detox from wi-fi And it is always worth supporting honest projects that allow us to reconnect with nature in such a direct and comfortable way.

I had the opportunity to stay at Yoo'Nashi in the Chirris Cabana for 36 days and this was truly a divine experience. Spending my days in nature is something I didn't take for granted, the fresh oxygen coming from the trees, to the abundance of stars you get to see in the night, and the sounds of the crickets to guide me to a deep sleep. The cabin was very beautiful and cozy to stay in. Hammocks were my go to while I sip some coffee or tea relaxing my mind. The trails led you to beautiful views of the surrounding land and also had open spaces where I did my meditation and yoga. I wanted to connect with natives here to the land so Mariano (Air bnb host) was my spirit guide along this journey, the natives embraced me as their own and I even attended local fiestas which gave me a truly authentic experience of the Oaxaca culture, oh yeah if you get the opportunity to attend a fiesta be ready to dance! It is important for me to give back to the natives since they were so welcoming to me that led to volunteering with harvesting corn which was breathtaking for me. Truly appreciated the community love and working as a family to work towards a common goal, truly humbling for me. Also I didn't have transportation so I would ride the pasajeras which take you the Santa Cruz Huatulco I was provided the schedule for the times from the Air bnb Host(s). From the dogs on the land who welcome you with barks to the beautiful cabin I stayed in, to the love from Vanessa and Mariano who were genuine and now I feel that are family now to me. Yoo'Nashi is love!! Looking forward to my next stay!!

Lovely sustainable cabins in the middle of Huatulco rain forest. The place suits any nature kid and can be combined with a stay at the beach of Santa Cruz. Tho a bit difficult to reach, the location is absolutely amazing (actually, one of the reasons it's so amazing is that it's hiding behind 8 km of unpaved road, less people = less damage to nature). The cabins are located with major distance from one another which assures privacy. The cabin we've visited, 'Chirris' is clearly recently built (or at least renovated) and furnished. The property is huge and is netted with various hundred meters long hiking options where you can also watch birds. The host Venessa is adorable and knows the area really well. Do expect a lot of insects, you're staying in the middle of the forest. That's normal! Very recommend!

Loved our stay here. We enjoy finding places off the main path, it always seems worth it, especially this one. We brought food to make our own meals and enjoyed the cabin and surrounding trails. Ended up taking the hour+ trip to cascadas magicas and wished we got there much earlier in the day to spend the whole day— but highly, highly recommend if you’re interested. Saw many tropical birds. Thank you for hosting us and sharing your eco jungle project with us!

If you’re looking for a special place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it. Yoo’Nashi is a gem in the forest - peaceful, serene, and absolutely beautiful. On top of the beauty of this property, Mariano and Venessa provide the most incredible hospitality I’ve ever encountered. They are wonderful people who truly care about their guests and offer loving service to the best of their ability. Although my stay there was short,I was deeply touched by their kindness and how much Love they have poured (and continue to pour) into this little piece of heaven. As long as U come with warm clothes, mosquito protection, and don’t mind the slow-ish internet connection, this forest delight is a pleasure to stay at.

Easy 5 stars. Absolutely loved our time there. Vanessa and Mariano were incredible hosts, really wish we could've stayed longer. What they've built is beautiful, and only getting more beautiful as they continue making improvements. It's a truly beautiful and remote retreat, but only a short drive to the Huatulco centre.
