★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went 4 times in this ice cream shop. The first and the second time, everything was fine. But the third time, I ordered the rolls ice cream and I got sick. I didn’t notice that it was the ice cream which got me sick. The fourth time, I went there with my family and we ordered the ice cream rolls. We all had an intoxication except my brother who didn’t eat the ice cream. They must be aware of the hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After walking about 30 minutes to get here because I was craving frozen yoghurt. I got there and the 2 clerks would not sell me a Med size yoghurt because they had ran out of Med cups and refused to sell me a Med size serving in a Large cup. It seems they are in the business of selling cups not yoghurt. Sooooo disappointed!!!

Don't buy cold tea (te helado), they literaly pour cold water over everyday tea bags and some ice, no talent required here and the tea has no Time to infuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t take things personally, but the cashier (look at picture) who worked at that time was a bit rude. She lacked respect and professionalism. She didn’t smile. Didn’t greet. Didn’t even thank me for stopping by. She really looked like she hated serving customers and it just killed the vibe. Anyways… they have quite a few options for frozen yogurt and I got the berry one. It was a delicious treat for sure and wasn’t disappointed with the taste and freshness of the toppings, especially in this Puerto Vallarta heat.
