★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar lo veo súper mal calificado y la atención que yo recibí en lo personal fue horrible , no se como GNP deja en manos de estos aprovechados a sus clientes , este lugar no debe existir ya que carece de conocimiento para arreglar un coche de lo que sea , deje mi auto me lo dejaron pésimo regrese por garantía me lo regresaron peor , revisando hasta me cambiaron piezas originales que mal por este seguro tan chafa !!!!!
 Terrible place I see it super badly qualified and the attention I received personally was horrible, I don't know how GNP leaves its customers in the hands of these freeloaders, this place should not exist since it lacks the knowledge to fix a car of what whatever, I left my car, they left it lousy, I returned under warranty, they returned it to me worse, checking, they even changed original parts, which was bad for this insurance so crappy !!!!!

me entregaron mi carro con mas golpes, no se hacen cargo de los daños.
el trabajo mal realizado, sucio lleno de pasta y pulimento.
tuve que revisar a detalle por que la tolva no se la habian puesto bien.
tardaron e semanas para entregar carro para el pesimo servicio.
mala atencion
OJO eviten este taller.. es un ASCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hacen todas las reparaciones que deben hacerse al vehículo argumentando que esos daños ya son anteriores, (ingreso por parte de aseguradora GNP), las reparaciones las hacen mal, no igualan el color, no emparejan la pasta dejando abultadas algunas partes y con apariencia rugosa y para rematar antes de entregarlo todavía le pintaron con spray en una moldura que habían pintado de otro color por no protegerla bien y se robaron los focos de las luces de frenado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos mandan al taller par que reparen el auto y ahí nos atienden bien despotas policía no teje estacionar no hay lugar par estacionar y la secretaría y te dicen solo con Cita y te dan el número y para que te reparen tu auto te dan la cita un mes mas cuando tú ya traes tu pase y por eso pagas el seguro par que te atiendan me asonaron otro taller y me atendieron rápido sin tanto rodeo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo entro mi auto por reparación de defensa traseray me lo entregaron después de un mes y medio, me lo entregan con fallas en ventilador y no se hacen responsables de nada eléctrico
Si pueden evitarlo háganlo, en verdad es pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor taller de la cdmx. Un mes y medio para entregar una refacción. El día que voy por el carro, descuadrado, mal pulido, mal lavado. El servicio es peor que pésimo. Las personas de recepción tienen cara de que te van a mentar la madre. Si pueden evitar llevar el auto por el seguro de GNP, se harían un favor.
The worst workshop in the cdmx. A month and a half to deliver a spare part. The day I go for the car, out of square, poorly polished, poorly washed. The service is worse than lousy. The people at the reception have the face that they are going to lie to you. If you can avoid taking the car because of the GNP insurance, you would be doing yourself a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no realizan bien el igualado de color y buscan la forma de ver qué no le hacen aún cuando esté autorizado por la aseguradora, muy tardados me entregaron el auto después de un mes y el golpe no era tan fuerte y todavía se enojan.
Y que me tarden otro mes guardado en su taller, no gracias, sólo quiero externar mi molestia como muchos que desafortunadamente elegimos ese taller para reparar nuestro auto, obteniendo un pesimo servicio, más bien deberían checar que sus hojalateros y personal responsable de reparar los autos esté capacitado para realizar el servicio porque pareciera que no hacen muy bien su selección.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mal, mi auto se tardó 4 meses ahí, y lo dejaron horrible, yo se que casi todos estámos aquí por GNP pero si alguien quiere llevar su carro por fuera jamás lo hagan,
Dejaron el carro briseado de pintura de otro carro, el toldo lo dejaron súper manchado de dedos con grasa, la barra que sostiene el radiador de 6 tornillos solo le pusieron 2, las grapas que sostienen la defensa lleva 12 y solo le pusieron 4, la salpicadera colgada raspaba con la llanta, todas las tapas de abajo del cofre sueltas, la pintura opaca mal pulida, todo mal, pésimo!!
