★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy muuuy rico, platillos muy originales y el sabor muy presente y equilibrado. Incluso el agua de sabor era riquísima (Te verde con melón, albahaca y gengibre). El lugar es bonito y el servicio genial.
All very very rich, very original dishes and a very present and balanced flavor. Even the flavored water was delicious (green tea with melon, basil and ginger). The place is nice and the service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miso soup: too much soy sauce added made it so salty, and the soggy glass noodles at the bottom were odd.
Lemonade: not enough lemon and the mineral water tasted flat.
Sushi: flavor was nice overall, fish seemed fresh and brightly colored. However the rice was a bit undercooked and had a “bite” to it… a little al dente. The rice was also missing it’s stickiness, making it fall apart as soon as I dipped it in soy sauce.
