Terrible service. I ordered a glass that they said they would have in 3 days. It's been a week and a half and they don't have it.

Pedí una puerta de aluminio para ser entregada e instalada el lunes y 4 días después finalmente la trajeron, hablé con ellos y todos los días me decían que al día siguiente la pondrían y nada, pudieron decirme que no la tenían en lugar de mentir, llamo para reclamar y resulta que nadie tiene idea qué pasó con la puerta, el día que la pusieron ni siquiera fueron buenos para decirme bien la hora, quedaron de llegar a las 2 y después de marcar me dicen que se equivocaron de hora y era a las 4:30, y ni llegaron a la hora pactada.
Jamás volvería a ese negocio fantoche.Sino fuera porque se negaron a devolverme mi anticipo yo no hubiera continuado tratando con ellos
Horrible service! I asked for an aluminum door to be delivered and installed on Monday and 4 days later they finally brought it, I talked to them and every day they told me that the next day they would put it in and nothing, they could tell me that they did not have it instead of lying, I called to claim and it turns out that no one has any idea what happened to the door, the day they put it in they were not even good at telling me the time correctly, they were to arrive at 2 and after dialing they told me they had the wrong time and it was at 4:30, and they didn't even arrive at the agreed time.
I would never go back to that puppet business, if it were not because they refused to return my advance I would not have continued dealing with them

Son unos malquedados, producto de mala calidad y defectuosos, no se hacen responsables por la basura que venden y ni de que te devuelvan tu dinero hablamos porque se niegan, la tipa que atiende es una mentirosa y parece que ya lo hace por costumbre, NO COMPRES AQUI!
