Yotsuba Sushi Norte - 20130 Aguascalientes

I wish to give 5 stars because it's very close to traditional Japan's sushi due to taste rice isn't bad but they didn't right to made rice for sushi because they didn't put rice vinegar and sugar due to its Japan's traditional even I know how to make it myself but other than that everything is really good. I knew it's good for who Mexican residents here and maybe they must be reason not to use traditional recipe where it's missing what I tasted the rice for sushi, fried rice and other. Hey it's hard to find best sushi in whole of Mexico. So I found this is best one from Aguascalientes. Other than that you can find called "House Rolls" it's almost full of traditional Japan's sushi you look for. Note: don't go to 2nd location Yotsuba because it tasted awful, burned fried rice bowl, cooked "Spicy Tuna" suppose not, all lousy sushi and lazy waitress/waiter! I recommend you come here than other, not even 2nd Yotsuba locations!

Food is very good, well served, they have a good variety of Japanese dishes, service is good, over all a great experience, also it’s not expensive and they have a lot of options for people that don’t eat sea food

Good 1st esperience. Waiter offered good suggestions. The food was as described. The flavors were very good; not overpowering but just right. Looking forward to our second visit to try the Nigiri.

Everything is delicious, the slice size of the sushi is perfect, the rice tastes really good. It is not cheap but not too expensive, and on Mondays they have 2x1 in sushi rolls. Highly recommended it if you are a sushi fan.

The waitress was a not well trained. He made a lot of mistakes and confusion with our order. This is a Bad Place if you want to keep a long chat with Friends. Sorry but the food last night I appreciate it because of the above.

Great sushi, and it is 2x1 on rolls on Mondays! Good atmosphere, casual but not too casual. Has a covered patio for outdoor seating or plenty of seating inside. Service was a teeny tiny bit slow but totally worth the wait, and sushi can't really be rushed anyway.

The Japanese restaurant I like the most in this city. They have another place in the south of the city. Great quality and decent prices. Rolls are 2x1 on Monday but does not apply to take out. The north location has been recently renovated to fit the bill based on the customer build in that area which has higher disposable income.
