La pedicura estuvo bien. La manicura NO me gustó, pedí una manicura natural, me quitaron la cutícula con la maquinita con la que desgastan las uñas para poner gel, me desgastaron la base de la uña cuando no había necesidad, por ahorrar tiempo y esfuerzo. ahora tengo lastimada y desgastada la base de la uña, la cual causó que me salieran muchos pellejos (padrastros) y mis uñas se ven mal, desgastadas de la base.
El concepto del spa me pareció bonito y bueno, por eso fui, pero el servicio quedó deber, no sé si por inexperiencia o por desinterés de la manicurista.
I went to get a pedicure and manicure, plus paraffin application for both.
The pedicure was fine. I did NOT like the manicure, I asked for a natural manicure, they removed the cuticle with the little machine with which they wear down the nails to apply gel, they wore down the base of the nail when there was no need, to save time and effort. Now I have a damaged and worn base of the nail, which caused a lot of flakes to come out (hangnails) and my nails look bad, worn at the base.
The concept of the spa seemed nice and good to me, that's why I went, but the service was a duty, I don't know if it was due to inexperience or the disinterest of the manicurist.

Super chill, música clásica, las técinicas super amables, Flor excelemte en acrílico y no recuerdo el nombre de la chica del pedicure pero super atenta. 100% recomendado. Spy concierge y estaré llevando a mis huéspedes. :)
I love the place, central and they offer you Wi-Fi and a welcome drink. Super chill, classical music, super friendly techniques, excellent acrylic flower and I don't remember the name of the pedicure girl but super attentive. 100% recommended. Spy concierge and I'll be taking my guests. :)

Including NY or San Fran… from the moment you walk in - works music, high service, artistic & super talented nail techs and great prices. Hands down, the best nail salon in Tulum & Quintana Roo! And Giselle, who did my acrylic nails, and Mayra, pedicure were extremely talented… gorgeous results for me & my partner!
