Did myself a favor and booked this private tour. These people met us at the condo and provided a stress free day of amazing sites without the lines. We then moved on to a variety of archeological and exceptional sites of beauty. We will certainly book again when we visit . There are many choices of destinations and we are excited to experience this amazingly beautiful part of Mexico.

The simple version of this review is simple: use this company for an awesome day out! We selected the Tulum Ruin tour with snorkeling in two very different locations, but also added the additional adventure option of zip-lining/canoeing/cliff jump. We think we picked the perfect combination. The day was so well planned out We were picked up promptly at our hotel at 7.30 and headed straight to Tulum. As it's a private tour, it's only your tour party, the guide and the driver. The mini-bus is air conditioned with ample supplies of bottled water and space. They also provide snorkeling gear and life jackets so you don't have to bring that with you. On the way to Tulum our guide Gaby talked us through the ruins and also some of the Mayan history which was fascinating. We arrived at the ruins and were through the gates at 8.02 and were momentarily the only visitors at the ruins. Spectacular. The time spent walking around the ruins wasn't actually that long (45 mins) but we felt we'd seen everything there and most importantly without hundred of fellow tourists in the way. Looking behind us there were hundreds arriving which would have really spoilt the experience so the prompt arrival was brilliant. We then headed off to zip-lining over a cenote which was great fun. After that, a canoe ride back over the cecote and then onwards to the cliff jump into a small cenote. All of this was spectacular and I'm so pleased we added this additional option to the tour. Best part again was that we were the first there so there was no pressure to do anything and there were no lines. On we then went to swimming in a cenote cave which was breathtaking (literally in my case as I was struggling to tread water as I'd foolishly figured that as I'm a good swimmer I didn't need a noodle/life jacket as floating is surely easy!). What a fantastic experience though and swimming through to a bat cave was something I doubt I'll get to do again. Amazing. We were then given an option to have lunch or to head off to Akumal lagoon and we chose the lagoon. That was busier than the other stops, but was really good fun (especially as we took the option to have the foam noodles to help our stability!) Lunch was then provided and that was delicious. Only the drinks weren't paid for, but we were fine with that. Our guide Gaby was fantastic, friendly and so enthusiastic about what she does despite probably having done the same tour hundreds of times now. As we had an underwater she would dive down and take pictures. She was also great at pointing out various bits and pieces and taking us to the best spots. Additionally, the website's perhaps not the most glamorous, but Jay the owner of the company was always quick to respond to queries and has such a genuine enthusiasm for what he does which transmits to the rest of the team. Once he found out it was my birthday whilst on the honeymoon he seemed even more enthused and what was really nice is that whilst he didn't do the tour, our tour guide Gaby wished me happy birthday and Jay's wishes too which was a really nice touch. Can't recommend highly enough!

My husband and I visited Mexico 2 weeks ago, and we chose 'Your Private Tour' for the basic tour, and we are so glad we chose them!! The owner - Jay, and the guide - Daniela were the ones who took us on the tour. After being picked up on time as they had mentioned, we first went to the Tulum Ruins, then for a snorkelling tour in a cenote called 'dos ojos' and then for another snorkelling experience in a beautiful lagoon! The three places we visited were fantastically beautiful and so rich in culture, ofcourse, but what made the experience even more wonderful were the people! Jay and Daniela are such professionals and more importantly such wonderful human beings that we felt so comfortable throughout the tour. All the information - the history and facts about the places were rightly told to us and we were constantly informed with all that we had to know. Our safety was their priority. While Jay provided the best and clean equipments, Daniela guided my husband so well both the times we went snorkelling as he didn't know swimming too well. My husband and I, both, felt so confident and comfortable with them throughout the tour. Not just that, the car in which we travelled was so neat and well maintained, with clean & bottled drinking water. Also, the icing on the cake was the lunch (included in the tour)!! Oh my, it was fantastic Mexican food that we got to have with the most fantastic ocean view, keeping in pace with the unbelievably beautiful tour we got to experience! Thanks a ton to Jay & Daniela for giving us this amazing & memorable experience! I'll confidently recommend this awesome tour company to anybody! :)
